Description

This CE-marked cabinet is specifically designed for the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries, capable of accommodating and charging a variety of battery types and sizes, including those used in electric bikes, e-scooters, hand tools, drones, communication devices (such as walkie-talkies and radios), and more.

Featuring a reinforced frame with KIWA-certified 18mm magnesium oxide board, the cabinet is equipped with a smoke detector that detects thermal runaway events. Upon detection, the system automatically triggers an audio/visual alarm and cuts power to the chargers. At the same time, the ventilation system shuts off, and the pressure relief valve activates as needed. The cabinet’s 60-minute fire resistance helps contain the incident, providing crucial time to safely evacuate staff, protect the facility, and bring in trained firefighters.
