Description
This CE-marked cabinet is specifically designed for the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries. It can accommodate and charge a variety of battery types and sizes, including those used in electric bikes, e-scooters, hand tools, drones, communication devices (such as walkie-talkies and radios), and many more.
Featuring a reinforced frame and clad with KIWA-certified 18mm magnesium oxide board, the cabinet is equipped with a smoke detector to detect thermal runaway events. If such an event occurs, the system automatically activates the fire suppression system, triggers audio/visual alarms, and cuts power to the chargers. At the same time, the ventilation system closes, and the pressure relief valve activates as needed. With its 90-minute fire resistance, the cabinet helps contain the incident, buying valuable time to safely evacuate staff, protect your facility, and allow trained firefighters to respond.
