Description
The ASP container is designed for the safe transport and storage of all types of lithium-ion batteries and cells, meeting the requirements outlined in 4.1.4.1 of the ADR (Packaging Instructions).
Made from thermally galvanized steel, the container is certified as a 4A steel box in compliance with Chapter 6.1 of the ADR agreement. Its robust construction ensures it does not require recertification throughout its lifetime.
The packaging is certified under 4.1.4.1 ADR for:
- Lithium batteries being transported for disposal or recycling.
- New lithium batteries produced in small series (up to 100 units) or prototypes being shipped for testing.
- New lithium batteries being moved within the sales chain.
This container provides a reliable and compliant solution for handling lithium-ion batteries in various scenarios.
