Manufactured at our Livingston facility in the UK, our 3-ply disposable medical masks by Schoeller Masks are available from Romold. 

The Type IIR face masks have a 3-ply construction that has been tested to a bacterial infiltration efficiency of 98%.

These fully certified face masks have been made to the very highest standards in the UK, providing you and your customers with confidence.

The face masks have different layered materials and thicknesses to correctly reach Type II R Mask (EN14683:2019) certification. They have 3 layers: the top and bottom layers are manufactured from a spun-bonded polypropylene, non-woven fabric. The centre layer is melt-blown non-woven fabric.  

Our face mask is designed with comfort and breathability in mind. They offer an optimum fit, whilst being light-weight and secure thanks to the ear loops. They also include an integrated nose clip and elasticated ear loops for a comfortable and secure fit.

The type IIR medical face mask is designed for use by healthcare professionals in non-sterile medical environments. Its 3-ply fabric helps prevent the spread of respiratory droplets produced by coughing or sneezing, and it also features a splash-resistant layer of fabric that, in turn, protects the wearer from splashes of blood and bodily fluids.
